Re: How to eat while at work
I also am a truck driver. In the past when my company would get really busy I would find myself using the 14 hour days as an excuse not to train and to slip on my eating habbits. The thing is I like to train, and like to eat well. I would just get overwelmed and disgusted after the long hours. You're right!, it is nice to know that there are other people out there making it happen, so I don't have any excuses. I'm on a good roll now after quitting for almost two years and I'm not going to let anything stop me now! Thanks for the inspiring post!

Re: How to eat while at work
I save and wash gatorade bottles and premix my favorite proteins and even pre work out in them, store in the fridge. I also like to pack Peanuts, Almonds and Beef Jerky or even canned tuna or chicken. Tyson makes bags of pre-cooked grilled steak and chicken strips that run about 100-140 cals/serving with 18-21 grams of protein. Also, I agree, as long as I can still feel some heat coming off of it, I am gonna be grilling

Yeh i cook all my chicken on Sunday for the week, and also buy the 1 cup, 1 min rice packs you can throw in the microwave. Add the chicken and rice into my Tupperware packs, and im set for the week for all my work meals.
