Db curls 2 x 10
DB shoulder press 3x8
Front lat raises 2 x 10
Side lat raises 2 x 10
Wrist curls 1x8
Bent over row 1x8
Chin ups till failure
Abs/cardio
50 crunchs
15 weighted crunches
Situps till failure
Runing if i feel like it or walking.
Legs
Squat 3 x 12
Deadlift 3 x 8
Barbelllunge 2x10
