My routine

Hey... Just quickly wrote myself a routine. I know its pretty crappy but i was just wondering the main problems with it and where to improve it

Monday-Arms
Tues - Abs/Cardio
Wed- Legs
Thur - Arms
Friday - Abs/cardio
Sat.- Legs
Sun -Rest

Arms

Flat bench 3x8
incline bench 2x5
Db curls 2 x 10
DB shoulder press 3x8
Front lat raises 2 x 10
Side lat raises 2 x 10
Wrist curls 1x8
Bent over row 1x8
Chin ups till failure


Abs/cardio

50 crunchs
15 weighted crunches
Situps till failure

Runing if i feel like it or walking.

Legs
Squat 3 x 12
Deadlift 3 x 8
Barbelllunge 2x10

Put them into groups your working out everything on the one day then the next couple of days doing everythign again. i dont know if thats what you want to do sure but your body wont get enough rest i think.

Monday do just:Chest and biceps.


Chest

Flat bench 3x8
incline bench 2x5 (I would change this to dumbels)
Dumbel flys 6x5

Biceps
Db curls 2 x 10
EZ BAR Curls on preacher pad
Chin ups till failure

Thursday : Shoulders and Back

Shoulders
DB shoulder press 3x8
Military Press (you pick the reps)
Deadlifts 1x8

Back
Bent over row 1x8
Bent over dumbel row.
Upright Row 5x6

Saturday in possible replacement of legs: Triceps and Lats

Triceps:
Close Grip Bench Press or Skull Crushers
Dips * directly after the bench pres or skull crushers very important to get the burn*
Dumbell Triceps Extension

Laterial:
Lat Raises
Pullups
Lat Pulldowns.


keep the same reps if there working for you.

Maybe cut one of those leg workouts and do a triceps and lat one seein u seem to like working out lats. your routien seems to be everywhere can soemone else help him out i dont think im doing him any justice.
