Rep Power: 88 | My New Back Accomodation Routine Hey hey whatsup...normally I don't post up my routines but today i'll make an exception and post this new one that I have (i'll also throw it up on t2g for those of you who know)...I call it the back accomodation routine because thats just what it is...I currently have a disc herniation from back in september and it'll take another 8-10 months to heal by my guess (hopefully sooner) so i've played around with different exercises and found the ones that are the easiest on my back...let me know what you think of the lineup: Back Accommodation Routine
Day 1: Chest / Biceps
Flat Bench Press
Inline Bench Press
Flat Flyes
Seated Alternate Curls
Standing Barbell Curls
Day 2: Back / Triceps
Widegrip Pullups
V-bar Pulldowns
Lying Cambered Barbell Row
Seated Machine Rows
Supine Row
Skull Crushers
French Press Day 3: Rest Day 4: Shoulders
Seated Military Press
DB Shoulder Press
Lateral Raises
Front Raises
Behind Back Barbell Shrugs Day 5: Legs / Forearms
DB Squats
Walking Lunges
Advanced Lying Leg Curls
Seated Calf Raises
Wrist Curls
Gripper Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Repeat Day 1
*Each day with 10 minutes HIIT on stationary bike |

-Mike Boyle | He has an injured back so he can't do a lot of the compound movements. I'm not sure if it's smart to lift while injured though. |

The chest/bicep and latt/tricep day routines make no sence at all. |

Rep Power: 88 | i've worked with the back/tris & chest/bis for a long time and it's worked for me so far so i'm gunna stick with it for a while...and for whoever it was that said i'm not training with the compound movements well basically it's because I can't...because of my back i am very restricted to waht i can and cannot do...also as for not training with my back i've seen my doctor a lot and we both agreed that it would be ok to workout...i saw a specialist and a physiotherapist and they said to take time off from the gym and my back just ended up getting worse so i'm sticking with working out...so far with this routine i'm not seeing the greatest gains of course but my back is not getting aggrivated in the gym like it used to so i'm happy with that |

Rep Power: 88 | also not trying to sound like a jerk and all defensive and stuff like that but this is also the reason that i don't post up my routines because some people agree with it but then others tear it apart and basically i know what works for my body and others don't so that's why i just stick with my own advice and research...but i do respect all opinions and take them into consideration so don't forget that...i was just kinda bored so that's why i posted this one up |

Rep Power: 101102 | Well if it makes you feel any better I have seen much worse. Your program isnt all that bad. Although I would take 2 days off before starting over. Of course your program and its up to you just suggesting.
BTW I dont like whenever people fuck with my program either. |

Rep Power: 88 | ya that's one of the biggest things that i could never decide on and that's whether taking 2 days or 1 day off at the end of the week...so i've basically gone a few weeks with a 5 day routine (1 day off at end) and a few weeks with a 4 day routine (2 at end)...i think i like the 5 day better but like i said that's one of the harder desicions i've had to make and i still can't decide |

Rep Power: 101102 | Just keep this in mind. You grow whenever you are out of the gym rather than whenever your in the gym. |
