Rep Power: 107397 | Re: Stretching My old MMA trainer was real big on flexibility but it was important to be as flexible as possible in that sport. The more flexible you are the less things are being broken when put it weird angles and you can slip out of holds better. Plus you have to be flexible if you want to be able to kick high. |
