A leg workout dedicated to Jesse Marunde

My and my training buddy were always big fans of Jesse. Now with the news of his passing me and him decided to dedicate a workout to him. We loved watching his clips, especially the one where he does 20 reps with 407 pounds. We're gonna workout in his basement, and he only has free weight. What exercises can we do besides squats, lunges and straight legged deadlifts?

Does this look good?

Warmup:
Jogging 5 minutes

Front squats: 10 reps, tempo: 1/1/1
Straight legged deadlifts: 10 reps, tempo 1/1/1
Squat: 10 reps, tempo: 1/1/1


Front squats: 3 sets of 12, tempo: 2/0/explode, RI: 60 seconds

Straight legged deadlifts: 3 sets of 12, tempo 2/0/explode, RI: 60 seconds

Squat: 3 sets of 12 reps, tempo: 2/0/explode, RI: 60 seconds

Squat: 20 reps with 48kg, tempo 1/0/explode
