Rep Power: 0 | Do gloves help with training? I am thinking of buying some gloves to use with training to stop calluses (or what ever they are called) from forming on my hands (well to stop the ones there from getting worse, if its not too late), but also to improve grip.
Do they help at all? |

Rep Power: 519 | I find the callouses will be there if you are lifting heavy, gloves or not. I prefer without. Never really felt like I had the same grip with them. |

Rep Power: 101357 | I have numerous callouses on my hands so thats not an issue. I like to use gloves because it just feels like I have more support and comfort. (listen to me, I sound like I'm doing a commercial for bra's. ) |

I also use seamless gloves, wireless gloves, sweater gloves, and wonder gloves. Oh yes ladies, I know a little about this. |

Rep Power: 101357 | Yes Daman, I think you'll find your grip to be a little more comfortable. |
