hypertrophy and strength....a matter of power sets?

It seems that the debate over hypertrophy vs. strength is not a sound as one might think at least in my opinion, because I believe if you do a nice mix of low weight high reps, then high weight low reps you can get both all the while you are still doing your normal body building routine. I noticed just with in the past month that training in this way my strength gains for just a good and my “size" gains. Although I would recommend going heavy on the last set or two, and when I do a "power set" I’ll attempt to hit a set number of rep or failure which ever occurs first.

It's just my personal opinion, but I really think they go hand in hand, and everyone should use some type of periodization.

I believe this as well. I like reading the articles and debates about this question but IMO if we are not 100% sure which one is better why not do both and reap the benefits

I believe I've had much better results all the way around since using a peridization.
