Rep Power: 758 | Getting cold, going into my cave for mass Now that it's getting cold I'm trying to throw on some serious mass this fall/winter. New workout routine consists of only compound movements while trying to do high weight/high rep breathing sets 3 times a week...Brief Cardio or Rest for the other days. Eating like a machine too...it's gonna be hard on the wallet, esp. since milk prices through the roof where I live. Anyone else starting to 'bulk'? |

If you mean it in the sence of the word 'eating lots of food to add muscle and also adding some fat' then not the way I would do it. If you mean a 'clean bulk' as many refer to it as, then thats what I'm talking about!
Either way, good look with this Condor, the routine sounds nice and simple, but effective and those are always the best ones!
You gonna do a journal? |

I dont get why people head for the fast food on a bulk...you need GOOD quality food to fuel muscle gain, and theres nothing even remotely good or even edible in most fast food.
Just keep your training moderately intense, and geared for hypertrophy, but dont forget to give yourself plenty of rest, unload days, and time off. You dont wanna burn out because a burnt out body cant get bigger.
Im planning a short article on hypertrophy techniques ive come across. If i get around to it (uni work is a bitch) ill post i up on EB |

Look forward to that article. Wala, I'll do a journal if I feel that I've stumbled upon anything spectacular...right now im just testing out different training and diet before I start my new job. |

Doesn't leave much time left in the day...maybe I'll just go to bed real early and wake up real early to get stuff done...maybe even lift in the morning? (and I'm NOT a morning person) |
