Seriously though, just take it easy. I always see the best gains in strength after a short and complete layoff. On any sort of training program you build up a sort of "debt" of gains because your body cant totally repair itself when youre training 3x a week.
Though you DO make gains actually on a program, you also know that you grow when your resting not when youre lifting - a week's R+R will get you back to the top of your game and beyond.
Take the time out to practice one of your other hobbies - gaming, music, reading. Anything.
