Rep Power: 2 | BULK OR CUT? im 14 years old 5'10'' and 160 lbs. im about 16-18% bodyfat. i have good muscle mass and i'm happy with that but i dont have much definition. my arms are good but i have a bit of a gut ( not much though) im not really after a ripped extremely cut 6 pack. but i would like some definition in my stomach.
also an important note : 2 years ago i lost alot of weight "40-45 lbs" in almost all fat (i was overweight) this left me with the "loose skin" or fat that still remains on my stomach.
helpp! |

so definitely bulk. | I'm the exact opposite... I would definitely cut now and get as lean as possible before trying to put on any mass. Otherwise you are gonna end up losing all you gained while you try to cut down from 20% bodyfat and its gonna suck. Trust me, I started off at a high bodyfat and didn't cut down first and I wish i did. |

Rep Power: 178 | Re: BULK OR CUT? i was the same a while back. id recommend you eat 5 or 6 meals a day, no longer than 3 hours between each meal. get your days carbs from oats, brown rice, brown pasta etc. also eat mostly chicken, turkey and tuna for protein not so much beef. when it comes to training train high intensity and do some cardio after the weights 20-30 mins is enough. on days your not training try a 30 minute walk at least and maybe dedicate 1 day to just cardio it should work. I lost 3 stone of fat before i started bodybuilding so i know what your talking about. maybe somebody else has better advice but good luck with whatever you do. |

Yu need to eat clean. ypou need to measure everything out...no guessing...and give it time. you are only 14!!!!! You have years of groth ahead of you. Cut you cals too low now and it will cause disaster in a few more years.
EAT CLEAN AND TRAIN SMART!!!!!!! |
