Dude, I've been so sick this last week. I've been meeting him at the gym in the morning and training him. The name of the game is simple, compound exercises. Push ups, Bench Press, Pull ups, Squats, Deadlifts, Dips. No arm workouts yet because he needs to strengthen surrounding muscles and tendons by working exercises that work the arms ALONG WITH another body part. After about a month, we will get him started on arms.
Anyway, just something to tell you about.
