Rep Power: 3510 | Re: How to bring up arms Didn't read through the entire thread, but for arms I've found that 8 sets for bi's and about 8 for tri's hitting them heavy from all different angles is best, but thats what works for my body.
About the squats, If you can comfortably go past 90 degrees with perfect form, definitely do it, IMO. But be smart about it and don't bounce, don't sacrifice your form, and don't go off your heels. |

I'd say most people get a HUGE motion wrong on squats. Your first movement should be sticking your ass out, almost like you're going to do a SLDL. From this point, you sit down...like you would on a chair, except there is none. This alone takes care of the age-old problem of "my knees go past my toes". |
