Rep Power: 415 | How does this workout look? I'm thinking of doing alternating exercises for my chest/back days.
Something Like:
4 sets of Bent-Over Rows
then
4 sets of Bench Press
then
4 sets of T-Bar Rows
then
4 sets of Incline Bench
and so on
How does this look? Any really big downsides to this that I might be missing?

I find that thinking about lifting helps too. But I only do that twice a week. I don't want to overtrain. |

It's a fact that over 90% of everybody training right now is overtraining. True story. This is robbing them of coveted muscle gains. Everybody needs to change their routines right now and do less in order to gain more. |
