Rep Power: 203 | Re: What other major compound lifts are there? I like power cleans (repetitive cleans with out the press.) It works most of your muscles and gets your pulse rate up in a hurry.
If you have lower back issues it can be less stressful than cleans and jerks. |

I will continue later | Thanks because I have to switch my routine in a week it's been about 8 weeks so it's time to change it up, I'm thinking about going all compounds this time around. |

At least a rack that has set "rungs" all the way up, you start at a usual height, do 10 supine rows, move it up a rung and do another 10, move it up and do 10, etc etc.
No rest. Best i've seen is about 8 sets back to back - he ended up almost standing :P |
