Hey, I'm new to the forum and hope to get in the community. But for now, I need a bit of help. I'm okay with weights and cardio, I know what exercises are which but I'm horrible with creating a routine. Are there any full-body routines out there (even a hyperlink would help) for the week? I'm trying to make or find one more orientated towards cardio, toning, and some muscle development. If not, a weight lifting routine would do just fine as well. Any help or ideas is much appreciated
