Hey all, after my original spree of questions on here i worked up a lifting/excercise program and have been completing it religiously after school. I've noticed a disturbing trend though....now that i'm starting to see some moderate results, i notice that my left arm (both bicep/tricep) and shoulder are lagging behind my right arm/shoulder in muscle growth.
Would it be alright to increase the number of reps i do with my left arm/shoulder to help my left arm/shoulder catch up to my right side? Or is this bad for some reason?
