Rep Power: 112 | 47 minutes. Good Or Not Good? Ok so ive done some research on how long you should be training for when you do train. And thiers alot of articles about training for 47 minutes as this is your maximum gain.
but you see i know lots of guys hitting the gym for 1-2 hours a day . and im sure lots of others do it.
So pretty much what do you think is best to do. 47 minute workout, By timing your Breaks and excercises to be in the 47 time limit. Or just do your training as normally and the longer your thier the better? |

I'm doing push/pull/skipping legs right now, but when I do train the only time I can get over an hour is when I do cardio. I've been keeping rest between sets minimal and I love it. |

I train for about an hour, three to four times a week. The pros train 2+ hours, 6 days a week. But they have some "chemical enhancements" that allow them to train more than a natural trainee. |

ya me to i think its bs, but i was just wondering cause ive actually read it in a few places. But ya im going to just continue training however i do and however long it takes me. |

Personally I don't workout longer than an hour.
I think timing your workout to match a 47 minute time limit is a bit tedious and unnecessary.
You'll be fine with a 45 to 60 minute workout. |
