Better to train in the morning rather than night? Post #1 | | Noob Body Builder

Rep Power: 1 | Better to train in the morning rather than night? What I mean is, is it better to train at like 12 pm rather than before you sleep? That is what I did today so I didn't have to worry about missing my workout at night like sometimes if I plan to workout at night I fall asleep and don't do it. Also does the time matter? because sometimes my workouts are like only 12 minutes since I only do stretches & then 3 sets of 8-12 reps for each exercises I do. For example today I did 3 sets of Hammer Curls with 8 reps each set. I did the same with Regular Curls. So that was like only 8 minutes. What should I do to make sessions longer? I need to add more exercises on my routine because I don't think I'm doing enough to see progress.
If you haven't seen my previous posts here is my routine. "Monday - Back/Biceps/Abs
- Sit ups before I sleep
-Hammer Curls 3 - 4 sets of 8-12
-Regular Curls 3 - 4 sets of 8-12
-DW Rows
Tuesday - Chest/Triceps
- 40 tricep dips
- 30 Flat Chest Presses or more if I feel like it.
Wednesday - Legs/Shoulders/Cardio
- Wall squats for 5 minutes
- Planks
-30 Seated Shoulder
-20 Lateral Raises
-20 Front raises
-20 min running
Thurs - REST
Friday - Biceps/Abs
- Same thing as Monday without back exercise.
Saturday - Chest/Abs
- 30 Flat Chest Presses or more if I feel like it.
-100 sit ups
Sunday - REST " |

Malley or Critical Mass will be the best ones to help you as well. Let's wait a while on the weights. There are reasons for this!!

Post your diet for me to look at. | I can do more than the reps im doing, it was just suggested by someone I know I do less reps with heavy weight for muscle development.
For breakfast its usually 2 Egg Sandwiches without pepper and what not. Plus 2 glasses of milk. Some days its Rice Krispies Cereal Lol.
Lunch is what ever mom makes, usually pasta, or rice with veggies + Chicken sometimes I make an extra egg sandwich.
Dinner is mostly meat like chicken salads etc. I Never eat fast food so yea.
Im looking for a better diet though I might have a look back at the beginners guide in a few minutes. |

I tend to be stronger in the afternoon and evening. Having said that, the best time to train is a time you can and will train. |

When I was younger I used to feel sick and dizzy when training in the morning, and was at my best in the evening. Now I prefer training in the morning. I usually get up at about 6.30am and train at about 9.30am It seems best for me right now. I can then get on with the rest of the day and concentrate on other things besides training. |

Do 3 sets of push ups until you cant do anymore. Same thing with pull ups. You can give the handstand pull ups as shot. Best to do this is against a wall. As for legs watch some videos on youtube of pros doing squats, and try them on your own with no weight. The squats with no weight may seem like nothing but i bet you will be sore the next day. When doing the squats focus on slow controlled movments with good form. |

OR you can listen to your friend "experts" | Hey, I took your advice and I stopped lifting weights. I even grew a inch Lol. I have a question about push ups though, how many should I be doing every other day? I usually just do 30 a day to start off low. |
