Back in the gym!

I would just like to share with everyone that I got sick last week and it put me out of commission as far as working out goes. Yesterday I just got a gainer shake and some carbohydrate powder, and had a great workout. You know, I watch Branch Warren train, and it makes me want to train harder. I watch Jay Cutler eat, and it makes me want to eat more. I watch Frank McGrath train, and it makes me proud that I work out alone and keep to myself.

Today, Legs. Yup! Time to get in the squat rack. Good leg extentions, then about 6 or 7 sets of leg presses, then its off to the squat rack for about 5 or 6 sets of squats. Then 4 or 5 sets of hack squats. I work forearms after legs if I still have something left in me.

Oh, and by the way..... why does every bodybuilding video on youtube turn into an arguement about steroids in the comments sections? I wish it would stop. Yes, they are on steroids, and yes, you really do admire it, and no, you could not be that big if you took them too. Good grief.

Have a great day!

Re: Back in the gym!

I don't enjoy anything about youtube...

but welcome back to the lifting world cmass! It has missed you! I did legs yesterday too, 50 reps single leg extensions, no weight added, 50 reps single leg press, 45 on each side, split-squats with 20lbs in each hand...

it was a new record, my knee only swelled 1/4"

Re: Back in the gym!

Welcome bag to the IRON. I know what you mean about youtube and 'roids. It's like that even for women posted on sites. Fat people just attacking because thay know that who they are attcking won't jump out of the screen and knock the piss out of them. Just TRY to eat 8-10 big meals/ day everyday. Train every day. Stick youself MANY times. I wish I had that in me. Oh well.....it will ALWAYS be fun to laugh at FAT people.
