Ive been watching and reading alot about MMA fighters, their training and diets. Some of the stuff has blew me away, with the energy they have to put into them, for example
Brock Lesnar training style video...

Nutrition plays a big role, when I trained at the temple, the shaolin monks only eat this slob of soup, I don't know what's in it but only trainees and other monks are allowed to eat it. Anyway, for Brock lesnar, he hunts his own food. He hunts white tailed bucks with his matthews 65 lb composite bow. Go search it in YouTube. I say wild gamemeat are
more beneficial than meats that are industrialized and processed.
my brother trains muay thai as a hobby for past 7 years. their trianing consists of heavy bag...running up stairs with weights..he did a month in thailand..everyone morning he said they ran three miles in the jungle and it would be relaly hot... their training facility had a roof but was open air...looked very sweaty
