I would have posted in the inspiration pic thread but it seemed all the inspirations were professional weight lifters. I love to lift weights, i'm not so much an aerobic wimpy weight lifter. But I'm nowhere near looking like those women nor is it really a realistic goal. I'm black and asian 5'5 117 lbs. 34-25-36. My goal is to have more abs show through and really tone up my legs a lot and increase the derrier size some.
This model suelyn and melyssa ford are my workout inspirations!! Genetically i do have the ability to be bottom heavy, i was a 38 inch hips/butt once and i loved it and weighed about 124lbs however that was due to junk food and severe partying in south beach.
I now am a borderline vegan, quite healthy, and trying to gain some weight. I have increased intake in avocados and almonds. And i recently bought some hemp/maca protein powder to consume after workouts (i can't drink whey as it's milk based). I use one scoop which is 14 grams of protein and add it to orange juice. **My question is.....is that enough protein? should i be drinking that shake more than once a day? what other things can i do to gain weight healthily? (exercise moves/food intake etc.) My exercises now include 3 sets approx 7-10 reps each. Squats, lunges, reverse hyper extensions, kick backs...i just added one legged stiff deadlifts...elliptical ... And i work out 3 times a week.
