confused need advise

ive just got a job doing labouring on a building site, alot of lifting and pretty hard work rly will this effect my training or no?? any comments appriciated

Yes, it will effect your training. You will be more tired. You'll want to train less, and your weight gain will slow down.

make sure to eat as much as you can. CM and myself have done a ton of "labor" jobs.....you will be a strong dude for sure, and you will be spent when it comes time for the gym. SO...you need to decide if you want to BodyBuild or not.....If it were easy...this site wouldn't be here and everyone would look like Gods. Hang in there and just take 1 day at a time.

You'll definitely need to make adjustments. Eat plenty of calories and you may have to cut back a little on your training time.
