For those of you who frequently visit this board, you know that I'm not a big fan of constantly switching up your routine. I believe in structure and consistency. I've said that you should let your routine and body tell you when to switch it up. You'll know it when it's time.
Anyway, it's time for me. That picture of Arthur L. Rea and I really pissed me off. I'm 6 ft. tall. I have long limbs. I'm 205 lbs. Not bad. My forearms and biceps suck. My shoulders are so much bigger than my arms. It makes me sick. So I'm starting on a one year plan to improve my biceps and forearms. My shoulders, triceps, and lats are fine. I really, really need to make the proper adjustments.
I'm not one of those guys who thinks you need to buy tighter shirts to fit your form, and thus look bigger than you are. No, I believe in buying shirts that are loose, and GROWING into them. So all of you skinny boys wearing your medium sized Abercromibie shirt with the extra small, arm squeezing sleeves...... yes, you look like a douchebag, and you're not impressing anyone. Throw it away. Go down to a skateboard shop or NO FEAR and buy yourself a loose fitting shirt and grow into it.
....Then you'll be big and strong, just like your uncle Critical Mass.
