I thought bulking was 16 weeks?

bulking stops when you want it to stop. There is no time limit, bro listen up. I have been reading your threads, you have a lot of reading to do. And alot to learn. All of the usual posters on this site know that they are talking about and you should listen to what they are saying or you're going to fail and get fat. I wish i knew about this board when I was in your shoes, because I failed at bulking (i think) when I first started I wasted alot of my time not knowing what I was doing. There is no limit to bulking you stop when you want to take it nice and slow to limit fat gain. 1-2lbs per month. However muscle gain is not linear so its hard to judge, but stick with it use the mirror NICE N' SLOW

Well To me I cant Stop Bulking i have been bulking since last year and all i got so far is a little size and got stronger, i see some lines coming out in my arms,and legs, my back i need to do some real work on that lol. And i don't know i heard that bulking never stops ( you stop when you WANT )like oval and big belly said!!! For me becuase i play Volleyball i have a need to have a fit abs but i don't have the 6 pack and been trying to get them a little toned bulking but i guess it takes a while. I still do my work outs nice and easy nothing complicated and i keep my diet Strict. (i have been starting to feel even hungrier lately should i increase my meals?)
