my workout today Post #1 | | Admin getting yoked

Height: 5'10'' Weight: 183lbs.
Rep Power: 107397 | my workout today i got up had some whey
30 min. later headed off to teh gym and now i am back
i had a good workout
today was back, and tri's there was this kid down there doing cable pressdowns and he was doing very little weight and was struggling to do that
i get on the pressdown machine next to him and do the whole stack then he was staring at me the whole time lol
but besides that it was a good workout today |

When you work your back your also working your biceps so your biceps are already fatigued. Then you go and workout your biceps when they are already fatigued? Wouldn't it make more sense to do Back and Triceps so all the muscles your working is all fresh? <- (I couldn't think of a better word lol) |

Rep Power: 1951 | I just remembered something similar that happened to me awhile ago. There was this kid on the smith machine doing quarter squats with like 80 pounds. The smith machine is next to the squat rack and its pointing towards the squat rack. He was just starring at me while I was doing deep squats while he was doing his quarter ones on the smith. |

Nope i train
Chest/Tricep/Biceps on the same day.
So NO.
But that's why Back and Bi's are so good of a mix, Rows, build biceps , chins build biceps.
So really you only need a few other exercises if you train Back and Bi's on the same day. |

Ok so by jelly beans logic....let's do this
Chest/bi's
Back/tri's
Legs
Shoulders/bi's+tri's
The arm musculature is getting practically DIRECT work 3 days out of ur 4 day routine.
Jelly....Gotta drop that way of thinking. Otherwise there is no point in doing that 3rd chest exercise because the chest has already been fatigued.
Truth of the matter is since so much bicep work is being done on back day already, 3-4 sets of a selected bicep curl would be enough to finish your workout.
But I don't like bodypart splits in general for this very reason so *shrugs* |
