GTA4 will take 100 hours to complete

GTA 4 will take roughly 100 hours to finish, Rockstar has told VideoGamer.com.

During our visit to Rockstar's London HQ for a hands-on with 2008's biggest game, we asked a spokesperson how long it would take to finish the series' next-gen debut. The answer: about 100 hours, if you take your time.

"If you're not in a rush and you answer the phone when it rings it'll take about 100 hours to complete", we were told. "It's harder to distinguish between main and side missions - there are loads of both. But there are more main missions than side missions. It's not as clear cut as it used to be because of the phone."

In GTA 4 main character Niko's phone is used to call computer-controlled characters, arrange drinking sessions, sort out dates with women and call in jobs. It'll also be the portal through which players will access GTA 4's multiplayer, on which there is currently little info.

just shows how they expect you to become zombies...lol..that game is addictive I can not tell you how much time I spent playing that damn game..

hmmmm...my problem was, i just wanted to go around shooting and driving

and all I did the last game was do the plane cheat and parachute into the city!

damn missions--take too much time

Same here. I don't mind the missions it was all the damn DRIVING to each mission that drove me nuts. First they'd tell you, okay drive for 10 minutes half way across this huge ass map to kill someone. Once you finish that they have you going on the other side of the map. This new one better have planes if they plan on having a large map.

I still think they should cut an island out, and put the game online!

hell, they've got blu-ray now----you can put EVERYthing on those.

hmmm...never actually played wow myself, so, i have no idea what this would mean!

I never played it either but I know it's a HUGE map and other players can get on online and play and you can do 1 player missions or join up with other people.

That would be insane..Grand theft auto really put rockstar on the map....
