thanks, i havent pulled this much on deads in a while. i know that they are rack pulls, but i think i oculd manage the extra 6 or so inches, maybe for a rep or two less.

Condor-> clearly needed at work because there were like 100 people that came in, it was dead, and the new guy did a super job. man you are so lucky you switched with new guy, last night was a joke.

shoulder is feeling awesome past few days. soooo i decided to do some heavy singles on deads. 455x1 475x1. the second one my back came unlocked a bit, thank heavens for belts. felt good tho

did some benching today...95lbs woo hoo.. and i have to do it almost to the neck. oh well, the shoulder will only get better

just an update. with all the lame injuries, i dont feel like posting my sub par workouts, but i did deadlifts today
