critique my school's workout program

mondays: parellel squat, bench, auxilaries
wednesdays: powerclean, deadlift, auxilaries
fridays: box squat, towel bench, auxilaries

week one set/reps: 3,3,3
week two set/reps: 5,5,5
week three set/reps: 5,3,1
week four set/reps: 10,8,6
week five: 3,3,3
week six: 5,5,5
week seven: 5,3,1
week eight: 10,8,6

auxilaries: 2 sets of 10 reps
(my auxilaries are incline and decline bench, tricep pulldown, bicep curls on the machine, leg extend and leg curl)

It is hard to critique a program without actually watching people exercise. I guess the biggest question is the level of intensity the students are using. There is no way a person can do the "auxiliaries" intensely 3 times per week without overtraining. I would rather see you do a full body work-out 3 times per week until you were not gaining strength and then progress to a split routine training each body part once every 5 to 6 days.

i can tell you that MY workouts are extremely intense
haha.. the other students just sit around.
but who cares about them.
i normally dont have enough TIME to do all my aux's everyday anyway

I would do dips instead of decline bench to work the triceps and lower chest more. And IMO chinups are always a good idea for bicep and lat development. Otherwise it seems like a good workout, but I do see a lot of auxiliary exercises in there.

The fact that the reps are low is good for strength progression, and the low volume will reduce any possible overtraining, but still there is a lot of auxiliary work to be done (but like you said, you don't always get to finish them and that is a good thing!)
