Rep Power: 88 | The Journey Hey whatsup...Back in the end of august I had written up a plan for "The Journey" which would take me through 24 months of hard bulking with bulks and cuts and the end result would be a 6'3" 18 year old at 270lbs..but then in early September I got a disc herniation in my back...4 and a half months later (today) I want to start "The Journey" again...having lost just over 4 months worth of valuable bulking time I have lots of work to do...I have taken the last month off completely from training in hopes that my back would heal up some...Didn't work...actually it has gotten a lot worse...So I had a talk with my doctor and he gave me the o.k. to keep training...Today will be my first day back in the gym in a month...I decided to start today because yesterday I was offered a sponsorship deal for bodybuilding and in order to secure the job I have to get in a bit better shape because I lost about 15lbs...So that will be my goal to get the bulk of that back in the next 2-4 weeks...and then it's on to the journey...So with that said I will check in here every once in a while and give you some updates on how the training is going...Wish me luck and i'll post back up here later on...Feel free to post in here if you want...ask questions that kind of thing...so ya...Hope you enjoy the next 24 months worth of this journal

Rep Power: 88 | alrighty well as you know monday was the first day back (chest and biceps) and tuesday was back and triceps day and today (wednesday) each of those muscles is sore as f***...but it's amazing...i missed the feeling of sore muscles for a couple days post workout...i missed knowing that i'm making a difference...i don't miss losing 3/4 inch off my arms, 1 inch off my chest, etc...so it's gunna take a while to get that back, but I have to do it quickly if I want this sponsorship so wish me luck. |
