Had too much work to do yesterday to make it to the gym so I just moved everything back a day. Ate kinda poorly today because we were so busy, and I had to cut the workout a few minutes short to get back to work again tonight. Supposed to go out tonight but I'm waaaaaay too tired!!

Today was a good day. I wanted to see where I stood benching, and I actually didn't lose all that much. My personal best is 315, so for all the time I've taken off over the past few months, I haven't lost much. I barely missed 305, so that's encouraging. Back in the groooooove. |

Shorter workout today, I wasn't feeling well enough to do deads today. So I decided to do some drop set hypers instead, and they kicked my ass. The pump in my lower back was so intense after good mornings I had to sit down for a few minutes. Anyway I still feel I hit my hammys well enough even without deads. |

I guess I'll start by giving a little update on my training. I'm currently doing a very slow cut, borderline maintenance. My diet was so poor before that I am seeing decent strength gains while in a caloric deficit. I'm really only focusing on getting my squat numbers up right now. Mondays:
