My rowing strength has actually gone up and my pressing strength has leveled off which is what I was going for. Prior to a month or so ago, I could bench more than I could squat (mostly due to injury.) So I put all heavy pressing to the side to get my lower 1/2 caught up. After 5 or 6 weeks of this I will concentrate on my deadlifts for a while then I'll go back to something like westside to keep the numbers climbing.

I wasn't feeling up to par today and I didn't eat enough over the past 2 days. Just getting in there was enough of a struggle today so I guess I can't complain.
