Tweaked my back a bit last week doing basically nothing, so I took the weekend off. Stretched the hell out of it this weekend, felt good yesterday but I gave it the extra day.
Ate clean all weekend but not nearly enough calories, that usually happens when I'm not training for whatever reason. I wasn't expecting much but I had a kickass session. |

The actual number is how many rep points someone has. The more points they have the more effect they have on someone else when they rep them.
