Tuesday 7/10/07

- stretch

Squats: (90-105 sec RI's)
45 - 12
135 - 12
225 - 5
255 - 8,8,7 PR

Pullthroughs: (90 sec RI's)
160 - 8,8,8 PR

Leg Curls: (90 sec RI's)

115 - 8,8,10

Tweaked my back a bit last week doing basically nothing, so I took the weekend off. Stretched the hell out of it this weekend, felt good yesterday but I gave it the extra day.

Ate clean all weekend but not nearly enough calories, that usually happens when I'm not training for whatever reason. I wasn't expecting much but I had a kickass session.

Workouts are looking good Repro.. at least you 130 DBs! lol I have only 90 something. i'm thinking of a way to make heavier ones tho!

It's basically just a member controlled rating system. To rep/neg someone you just click on the little scale image under their username in each post.

Bascially just click on that image and select whether you want to positivie or negative rep someone and leaves room to leave a comment.

The actual number is how many rep points someone has. The more points they have the more effect they have on someone else when they rep them.

Remember though there is nothing "official" about the rep system so don't take it too seriously.

Also neg repping me isn't usually a good idea. One guy tried negging me a couple years ago. He hasn't walked since
