Had no energy all day and it showed in the gym. Time to eat.

I have the same problem. You can always try a different variant of the dumbell row, or manipulate tempo....or do them standing....maybe 2 arms at the same time.....lots of choices.

I just watched that movie "unbreakable" with bruce willis....where he's bench pressing and runs out of weights....so he hangs buckets of paint on both sides....genius!!
