Climbing to my Goals

So ive started my strength and conditioning class now and i wana set some goals for myself for the end of the semester. Simply put my goals are to...
Squat 300lbs
Bench 250lbs
and basicly continue bulking while keeping the body fat to a minimum

Right now my stats are...
Weight:185lbs
Bench Press:190lbs, 6 reps
and Squat 225lbs, 3reps
I dont know for sure if if these are relistic goals for the next 4 and a half months but ill try anyways and if i dont reech it i can always continue training towards my goals throughout the summer. Heres my training routine i will be starting off with come monday.

Day1
Squats
Leg Press
Leg Curls
Calf Raises
Barbell Wrist Curls
Reverse barbell wrist curls

Day2
Lat Pull Downs
T-bar rows
Back Hyperextentions
BB Shrugs
Abb Machine
Leg Raises
Crunches

Day3
Bench Press
Incline press
Decline Press
Cable crossovers
Shoulder Press Machine
Side Db raises
Front DB raises

Day4
Skull Crushers
Close Grip Press
Tricep Dips
Preecher Curls
BB curls
DB Curls

That workout is really not good. If I were you I would do Push/legs/pull or an upper lower split. Also it seems you are doing too many sets and exercuises. If you want to grow less is better.

yeah i was actually thinking a while ago that i got to many exersices in my routine probably cut down the exercises
