Squat 300lbs
Bench 250lbs
and basicly continue bulking while keeping the body fat to a minimum
Right now my stats are...
Weight:185lbs
Bench Press:190lbs, 6 reps
and Squat 225lbs, 3reps
I dont know for sure if if these are relistic goals for the next 4 and a half months but ill try anyways and if i dont reech it i can always continue training towards my goals throughout the summer. Heres my training routine i will be starting off with come monday.
