So this is my first of many workouts I'm gonna log in my journal!

Today, I didn't do as much a s last week but it was still intense and hard!

First was Squats:
135lb x 10
225lb x 10
315lb x 10
405lb x 6


I went down further than that by the way!


Then I did 45 Degree Leg Press:
360lb x 10
450lb x 10
540lb x 10
630lb x 10



Then I did Straight Legged Dealift:
135lb x 10
180lb x 10
225lb x 10

And at this point, I felt sick and not good so I decided to stop. I'm gonna do calves another day, either tomorrow or sunday

And thats my first workout for this journal!

Front DB raises - alternating shoulders
Supersets
8 x 35lb and 8 x 22.5lb
8 x 35lb and 8 x 22.5lb
8 x 35lb and 8 x 22.5lb

Machine OH Press
10 x 112.5lb
10 x 135lb
10 x 158lb
Triset
6 x 135lb
6 x 90lb
6 x 45lb

Seated Alternating Bicep Curls

megaset
5 x 45lb

5 x 22.5lb

Low Cable Rope Pulls
really not sure on the weight here, but i did 3 x 10 reps at a 12RM

Standing Barbell Curls (leaning on wall do eliminate swing)
10 x 70
10 x 70
10 x 70
then me and gym partner did 5 reps and passed the bar, then 4 reps and passed the bar - down to one rep each. (that burnt!)


CGBP
12 x 135lb
10 x 180lb
8 x 180lb
superset
6 x 189lb
5 x 135lb

Standing Tricep DB Extentions
10 x 35lb
10 x 35lb
10 x 35lb

V-Bar Cable Push Downs
Again - Not sure what weight. 3 x 10 reps at a 10RM

Cable Rope Pull Downs
About half the weight of above
