So this is my first of many workouts I'm gonna log in my journal!
Today, I didn't do as much a s last week but it was still intense and hard!
First was Squats:
135lb x 10
225lb x 10
315lb x 10
405lb x 6
I went down further than that by the way!
Then I did 45 Degree Leg Press:
360lb x 10
450lb x 10
540lb x 10
630lb x 10
Then I did Straight Legged Dealift:
135lb x 10
180lb x 10
225lb x 10
And at this point, I felt sick and not good so I decided to stop. I'm gonna do calves another day, either tomorrow or sunday
And thats my first workout for this journal!
