I have really imbalanced lifts mostly because I never did legs:
Bench - 235
Squat - 225
Deadlift - 235
I really really want to do crossfit but Im afraid I wont gain any strength or mass if I do it at the same time as my starting strength routine right now...I would like to do Rippetoe's routine with an added WOD after each workout but what does everyone think about this and overtraining? will I still gain a lot of muscle if I eat enough and take that day rest between workouts? Please advise - I hate sitting on my ass and not being able to move around like crossfit
