Crossfit....everything else is just boring

Well guys I will start a journal here. My current routine is kinda all over the place, but since I have been doing this for so long I know my body by now. I have been using 3 different routines, and believe it or not its been working wonders!

I have been using an upper/lower routine. Upper being vertical based and the other being horizontal based.

Total body. I still seperate them as well with vertical based upper and horizontal upper on seperate days.

Then whenever I have a super busy week I use the r/p workout. Which is only 2 days! I cannot speak on this enough, but the results are impressive!

I will post more at a later time. I got to get going. Hope to fill in the blanks soon.

I can do 135 for about 50-60 fresh. I actually only had 60 seconds between the 2 sets.

My pullups strength was kinda so so yesterday. I WAS BEAT!

Today I ran: 2 miles-12 minutes or so. 10-50 yard sprints.

sounds good.. and just to clarify - you DID do 35 reps at the end of your bench last session?
