Rep Power: 101102 | I would do a total body workout. Maybe some rest pauses. If you wanted to go all out and reall try and tear the body down then I say go for it, you have plenty of time to recoop. |

Do a total body something like this (I normally dont recommend this), but if you got a whole day:
Morning: (Upper)
Bench
Pullups
Dips or Incline or OH Press
DB Rows or supine rows or Bent over rows
Skulls or CGBP
Alternating Curls or BB Curls
Afternoon or evening:
Squat Variant
Dead Variant
Lunges
GoodMornings
Hypers
Shrugs
Its a total body routine spread out over the entire day. Eat a ton this day and see how it goes. Its fun to do things like this now and then. I wouldnt make a habit out of it, but now and then its fun. I would also do some sort of core work. If you dont think you can do all of that then just throw a total body routine together. |
