Rep Power: 382 | I dont want to add the weight just yet. Iwould like to build up my benching numbers after dips first. I think that if I add the weight too soon, I wouldnt be able to work as hard as I want to with proper form. |

Rep Power: 382 | OK, so yesterday was Back/bicep/shoulder day. I took my nephew with me to lift, for the first time in his life. I didnt have much time for myself, because I was trying to show him how to use proper form and judge what weight to use. I had him on a full body, light weight, high rep circuit.

Didnt do fron or rear delts due to having to stop and keep track of his form and proper technique. He was getting pretty tired on the later excersizes. I am proud of him. He is 15. He stand about 5' 7" and only weighs 98 lbs. He is a tall skinny kid, but he is tired of being that way, so he asked me to help. I am going to have him register here this week end and I am sure that he will be all over the teen board. |
