Another great workout went up on almost all of my lifts today, had a PR on just about every exercise today. My elbows are a little tender, tendonitis, but it's not too bad been using Bio-Freeze and icing them a bit when I get home. My weight is holding steady at 193 Lbs. after my jug of N-Large I should be over 195 Lbs. no problem. Todays workout was a 8.5/10 nice a quick and got a great pump.

It was like watching myself! lol you get ready before a lift just like me and your journal look just like mine.. you even have the same looking shirt on!! lol
The only difference with yours is that your lifts are much better! I'm very impressed Eric mate... keep it up!!
I do something similar myself. Sometimes i have to try hard to keep the faffing in check, otherwise my 90s RI end up much longer!!
This is shaping up to be another tremendous journal. Great videos!
Had another great workout today, I love it when you get on a good stretch of great workouts. I've felt like crap just about every day this week before I got off work, but I've been determined to not let it effect my training. Get off work and when I hop in my truck I down my Fusion Force and have an apple on my way to the gym. When I get there it's like something snaps, and it's on then. My new catch phrase at the gym is "It's go time", lol
Anyway had a great shoulder workout still getting six reps on everything so going up again next week. My only problem is with upright rows, I went with lighter weight for 10 reps, but it's still hurting my shoulder. I'm going to try it again next week and it it's still a problem, I think I might drop the upright rows and just add 2 more sets to shrugs.
