My military press isn't great. But it's somewhat up there, especially for my age. 105X3. What do you get Sentinel and Michael? |

kind of funny though, because dips are probably one of my best movements, and it is also a vertical push.

i weigh currently 175 lbs on a good day (yuck!) and i can press 155 lbs for 1. here's a vid which i took just a week or so ago: YouTube - Military Press 155x1
that is 90% of my current BW. i also suffer from shoulder dislocations and i have genetically lose unstable shoulders. so i have to be very careful regarding my loading, etc. but, as the doctor said: to keep my shoulders healthy, i need to lift heavy |

Monday:
Cardio (jump rope)
Tuesday:
Off (PE in school)
Wednesday:
Squat day
Thursday:
Bench day
Friday:
Cardio (jump rope)
Saturday:
Deadlift day
Sunday:
Press day
I will do this program for 12 weeks, and my main goals are strength and hypetrophy. |
