I try very hard to pass certain things along as they were passed along to me. I believe that the things I do know are fact and I think you feel the same way about what you know. I am sorry it came to this. I will leave this site to itself from now on.
Again, good luck man. Stay with it and you will surpass me in every way possible. |

Rep Power: 3482 | Alright boys and girls, let's shake hands and agree to disagree! If there was any one way to train that worked we would only need one manual and one set or rules. Bodybuilding is a wonderful sport/lifestyle/hobby that has no set rules. You can work-out as hard as you want as many days as you want and the only person who is really effected is you. Let's keep the posts on the up an up and exchange information, not insults. |

Check out these quotes from subscapularis. F'ing hilarious.
Seriously? Ever heard of glycogen storage/fluid buildup? Though i agree that most exercises should be done in lower rep ranges, it is ideal to mix in an appropriate amount of high rep training to increase this glycogen storage to make your muscles appear more full and aesthetic. As BB'ers, a mix of high reps and low reps is important to our goals. Saying anything over 8 reps is worthless is laughable and short-sighted.
Yet again classic material. Bodyweight exercises shouldnt be the focus of a routine? Tell me hes joking. How about dips and pullups? Two of the best mass builders for muscles like lats, tris and chest as well as shoulders and bis to a lesser degree. They should be the main exercise of focus when it comes to lat, tri and chest development. What free weight alternative is there to pullups oh master of the iron subscapularis? Bodyweight exercises with weight added on are great mass builders, perhaps even more so than free weight exercises. I certainly feel like dips build lower chest and tris better than flat or decline press.
I agree with danj. People like subscapularis dominate threads with their "this is the way it is cause i say so and thats the bottom line attitudes". Its hilarious.
I've always felt that the people you can learn the most from are those who have made the most out of the least. Not those who can get big from eating big macs and looking at some weights. And pwgrif, i do feel that you know your shit, but so do i and danj. I know how to get my body big and strong and i have so far. I've gone from deadlifting 115 to 405 in eight months. I guess i dont know what im doing huh? | Hey Einstein those are not my quotes. And they sure as hell are not from this thread so it looks like you are just making it up as you go.
You need to be sure when you bash someone here, so far you are just acting the fool and going off half cocked like your buddy.
Pathetic!

Rep Power: 47 | Ok guys this has to stop...This is Dan Journal...If you don't like the way he trains and can't say something in a nice way, stay the hell out of his journal...Commenting on things that you feel could be a benefit to his training is appreciated, but make sure it's done in a proper manner...
