No more Pot, No More poor eating

So for the past two months I havent really gone to the gym or really been eating right like i use to also picked up my old habbit of smoking pot with my buddys but Im gana change that and get my ass back into the gym and stop smoking weed. So I'm making this thread to help me stay motivated wish me luck!

First workout just got home from went like this..
Flat Bench Press: 90x8,110x6
Decline Bench Press: 70x12
Incline DB Press: 55x8,50x5,50x5

Supersets
DB Flyes: 30x8 25x10
DB Curls: 25x10 30x8 40x6

Cardio: 10minutes on bike, 10 minutes on treadmill
Than did some pushups with planks lost count though lol

Felt pretty dam good after cant wait for tommorows workout

Good idea to stop smoking pot, as Big Guns has said. The day before valentines day is my year anniversary of stopping smoking pot and I don't see any need to touch the stuff again.

Thanks for the support everyone. Im finding its not staying away from smoking pot thats the hard part its forcing myself to hit the gym I was going to today but things came up although i did get a workout in yesterday just worked my triceps.

Close Grip Press---90x12,100x10,100x10
Dips---35x8,35x6, 8
Pushups---10,10,8,8
Planks----40 seconds two sets each

Gana try and get a workout in before work tommorow morning gana be working out my back. ress:

Draged my ass to the gym

God today I really was not wanting to workout luckly i forced my ass to the gym. I was working out my shoulders and back today kinda disapointed how weak my shoulders have got but I guess i just need to work my way back up also when I was doing deadlifts I was feeling a bit light headed...think I should probably check with a doctor on that to be on the safe side anyways heres how my workout went.

Deadlifts: 160x6, 160x6, 170x2
Row Machine: 90x6, 90x6, 90x6
Smith Shoulder Press: 140x5, 110x8, 100x6
Arnold DB Press: 40x6, 30x8
Front Raises: 17.5x10 superseted with Side Raises: 17.5x10

Monday--Went for a jog to my school track did 5 laps then jogged back

Tuesday--Weight training
Flat Bench Press: 110x8, 140x3, 110x6
