I'm back. Still can't log on at my moms, gunna re-install windows. Anyways got some news. 5 weeks since I've smoked. So y'all be disappointed that I used to and happy that I quit. Anyways, onto tonights workout:

Bench - 185X3,2,1
SS Rows - 195X5,5,5 (very strict form)
Lockouts - 225X5,5 (EASY)
Flyes - 15X8,8
SS Bench - 95X8,8 (emphasis on chest)
Seated Military Press - 95X8,5
SS Front Raises - 15X8,5
Pressdowns - 50X8,8
SS Tri Ext - 15X8,5

About 5 rounds with the heavy bag. Shoulders were worn out. Tomorrow will be hard at school.

What's up all. Haven't been on in a long time. Here's my bench workout, gunna stick with them this summer, gain about 10 pounds and just get big this summer.

Bench - 135X2, 145X2, 155X2, 165X2, 175X2, 155X4, 145X6, 135X8
Pressdown - 45X8,8,8
SS Dips - BWX6,6,2
Tri Ext - 15X8,8,8
Flyes - 15X10,10
Rope Crunches - 65X12,12,12
Then about 25 minutes on the heavy bag.
