Rep Power: 1140 | Re: Young-One's journey to football success Thanks guys. SLDLs were a hamstring ender for me. Just a really light weight to finish off my hamstrings. And the 135 felt real light, but My lower back started burning. Rows are a VERY strong lift for me. I love back movements, mainly because my back in very strong. I'm going to attempt max reps with 225 Tuesday(my b-day). Thanks for the compliments as always though. |

Rep Power: 115640 | Re: Young-One's journey to football success btw, I played some FS(and WR) in high school. I could hit hard, and read very well...but 5'9" with a 4.85 40 just isn't good enough to get you into a D-2 school lol. damn! i live and die for the game too...and now my knees suck, so guess I can give that dream up
lots of agility drills...do sprints every day!
speed is a natural gift, but don't think for a second you can't work at getting faster than you are, I dicked around in high school thinking teh skillz were good enough...NOPE!
You're doing great now! keep up the good work, train year-round for agility/strength...and you could have a nice scholarship in your hand in a few years! |
