Rep Power: 15503 | XiL3 Trains For World Class Strength Alright lets get this started off. Current Stats
Height: 6'
Weight: 209lbs
Bodyfat Percentage: 16% according to single point test.
Experience: 1 year and 3 months.
Status: Cutting on 'The Cut Diet' since December 27th 2007, started at 234lbs. I've lost a good amount of strength, but it doesn't matter to me at the moment.
Also I'm currently on a deload week, and my gym closed down , now I have to sign up at an inferior gym.
My split may look something like this for now, just kind of whatever because it doesn't matter too much, I'm cutting and I'll do cardio after lifting.
monday- arms/calves/grip
tuesday-Legs/Abs
wednesday-off
thursday-chest/calves
friday-back/traps
saturday-shoulders/arms
sunday- off
For the time I'm not cutting I would like to do another run of WSBB customized, Sheiko beginner's routine, Bench like an Animal and Tri-Phase. |

Yea I really liked that place, they provided so much and it was cheap. Now I'm going to a mainstream gym. |

So, cutting since December huh? That's brave doing it over the holidays, i know i'd struggle! Whats your weight loss goal? What sort of macros are you taking in at the moment? How long do you think it will take you to reach your target?
That's an interesting split you got there. Could you post up the exercises you do in each session? What kind of cardio are you doing?
I know, lots of questions but im nosy  |

My goal is 184, that would hit the 50lb mark, but I want to get it done by May, and I'll probably deplete water levels to get there, I want ab definition. But regardless of what I end up like I'm bulking in May to recover all my lost muscle, and I might cut yet again after so that I could reach my goal.
My diet looks like this...
2,000 calories, 245g protein, 85g of carbs (200 on re-feed every 3 days) and 70g of fat.
As far as excercises I'll just be doing whatever at the gym, I'll be supersetting arms that's my only plan.
I'm just doing low intensity 20-25 min cardio after lifting for now, while the calorie deficit is still a lot for my bodyweight, I'll go to HIIT closer to the end of my cut.

However I'll stick to 8-12 because I want my joints feeling better by the time I start lifting heavy again.
Thanks for posting guys, I'll make sure to post in all your journals. |

You must feel so much better having lost so much weight, huh? Although i've got to say for a 25lb drop in two months maybe you've lost a bit of muscle in the process? That is quite a drop. You'll be on the right side of 200lb in no time |
