***Back to Basics Journal***

I'm going to make a new journal. I hate when mine get about 10+ pages long.

As you guys know, my knee is my worst enemy at the moment. I cant even do squats right now, which were my favorite exercise.

So here's my full body journal!

Goals:
1. Drop those few vanity pounds that are bothering me
2. Squat again (I can't really label this as a "goal" but it's whats holding me back in my workouts)
3. ?????
4. Strength gain (as always)

Nice to see you've got a new journal going! Best of luck with it.

Im surprised to see you doing Leg Extensions though, they really go for my knees.

Re: ***Back to Basics Journal***

Nice new journal sdb

Its no good that you can't squat, but hopefully things will get better and at least you're doing leg extentions, that could help

Good workout!
