Great workout today, pushed past some PRs with the number of reps, and I was able to clean 120 for the squats. I was very happy that I got 5 reps on the Deadlifts thats a new PR for me in terms of reps!

If any of you know a good place to get power racks or squat racks I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
Thats pretty damn good for 15 bro! by the time your my age you be pulling some sick deads!

Thanks guys . 889- I've always liked deadlifting. I also like the callouses they give

Jelly- I bought that power rack I showed you guys from ebay. It was $270 and shipping was free, it should be here by friday so thats cool.

Ok heres the workout today.

Bench Press - 150x7 150x6 150x5

Barbell Curls - 70x8 70x7 70x7

Dumbbell Bench press - 65x6 65x6 65x6

Dumbbell preachers - 45x7 40x8 40x7

Barbell Incline Press - 125x6 125x6 125x6

Dumbell Incline press -55x6 55x5 55x5

Some PRs w/ amount of reps, but I wasn’t too happy w/ the bench press. I’m in the process of changing my routine for the new month so next week it will be different. If you have any suggestions for things to change now would be a perfect time since I am changing things.

Happy lifting

Cool, that power rack should last you awhile.

Nice job on all the PRs once again! Don't worry about the bench press, you still got a PR didn't you? Thats all that matters!!!

For the suggestions on changing your routine. Try making a thread about it and I bet you'll get a lot of suggestions

edit: I see you already have a thread about your routine nvm

Whats up guys. Today was shoulders and triceps not much improvement other than getting a rep or two more on some exercises. Its alright, next week I'm going to start a push/pull/legs routine to see how it goes for a few weeks. I'm kinda excited, I've never done push/pull/legs before. I'm gonna put up some comparison pics from a few months ago to now so that should be fun to see.

Heres the workout

Clean&press - 90x7,90x8,90x6
DB Tricep extension - 65x7,65x8,65x7
Arnold press (lbs each) - 35x8,35x7,35x7
Close Grip Bench press - 105x7,105x6,105x5
1 arm lateral raises(lbs ea) - 20x10,20x10,20x10
Weighted dips - 75x10,75x10,75x10
Lying rear delt raises(lbs ea.) -10x10,10x10,10x10
DB shrugs (lbs each) -65x10,65x10,65x10

Not much time to write today, but I'll post up my workout real quick.
Legs and back day

Squats- 125x12,125x12,125x12
Wide grip pulldowns-130x9,140x8,140x6
Leg Curls- 75x10,80x8,80x7
Bent Rows-90x8,90x6,90x8
Leg Extension-140x10,140x10,140x9
Deadlifts- 210x5,210x4,210x2

Not a bad wokout at all. Next leg and back workout I should have my power rack so I'm excited to really squat now . I was happy though that I was able to clean 125 those 3 times for the squats though. Got a few PRs, thats always nice too. I busted my ass on the deadlifts and my hands hurt now since I don't use gloves or anything.

Next week starts my push/pull/legs routine and I'm working on it, I'll post up the exact routine when I get it done. Happy Halloween everyone

For the best builder of width for back, Could you substitue pulldowns for chin-ups? They are hard but worth it.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the support

889, I should be able to substitute them once I get my power rack (which should be tomorrow) so I'll give it a try on back day.

Heres my chest/bi workout for today

Bench Press-150x7,150x6,150x5
Curls-70x7,70x7,70x7
DB Incline BP- 55eachx8,55x8,55x7
DB preachers- 40x8,40x8,40x7
DB Bench PRess- 60x7,60x6,60x6

I don't think there were any PR's today, but thats alright. I'm still mad about my bench not going up but what can I do...

I'm also excited about my power rack coming. I'm still working on my routine for push/pull/legs, its almost done.

Cya

Yay! I got my power rack. I spent most of my day after school putting it together so I don't really have time to workout today. But I did try my squat max... I couldn't resist, I've been wanting to do it for a long time. I'm estimating I can do more being that I wasn't really ready for it today but I'm happy with it. I got up 240 Lbs, I guess thats good especially since I haven't worked out with more than 130 pounds My form was good as well, I made sure I went down to parallel.
Tomorrow I'm going to do shoulders and triceps for the last time since I'm switching routines. Cya all..

I just had the most intense workout EVER in my life. Wow. I beat EVERY PR for shoulder/tri day and that makes me happy I felt like an animal today, it was probably that I was still mad about chest day and everything. Well heres the workout!

Clean&Press - 90x9, 90x9, 90x10
DB tricep extension- 65x7, 65x9,65x8
Arnold Press- 35eax10,35x9,35x8
Close Grip BP- 105x9,105x7,105x7
Side Raises- 17.5x10,17.5x10,17.5x10
Shrugs- 170x8,170x7,170x6

I may not have beat them by much, but I did beat them all. Hopefully tomorrow is the same!
