Had a good vacation in new york for thanksgiving, I worked out but couldn't really do the same as normal, so I didn't bother recording it. Yesterday I started up again and I have yesterday and today to post up. Oh and I decided to shorten the rest periods in between sets just for a little change up. Here goes
Yesterday (Sunday, Nov.26)
Bench Press- 145x6,145x5,145x5
Arnold Press-35x10,35x8,35x8
Skullcrushers0 60x8,60x8,60x7
Incline Bench Press- 115x8,115x8,115x7
Side raises- 17.5x10,17.5x10,17.5x10
Not bad, but I'm getting really mad about my benching. I have a thread up in the exercise section if you have any suggestions (or post them here)
Today
Wide Grip Pulldowns-135x7,135x6,135x6
BB curls- 70x8,65x7,65x7
Deadlifts-215x5,215x4,215x3
Preacher Curls- 60x8,60x7,60x6
Shrugs- 165x6,165x6,165x5
Bent rows- 85x8,95x8,95x7
Good workout, the shorter rests really got me on the curls, but everything else was pretty good. |
