Hey guys. Well some of the more recent posts have been deleted during the downtime but thats alright I have it recorded in my handy dandy notebook. I'm gonna start on the first day of my new routine.

Push Day (Monday Nov. 6)

My BB Bench is really annoying me. It won't go up at all. Deadlifts on the other hand, have been increasing almost every time I do them. I forgot to check my PRs, Ill get that done later. Cya guys.:radar:

Hey everyone, I'm back

Had a good vacation in new york for thanksgiving, I worked out but couldn't really do the same as normal, so I didn't bother recording it. Yesterday I started up again and I have yesterday and today to post up. Oh and I decided to shorten the rest periods in between sets just for a little change up. Here goes

Yesterday (Sunday, Nov.26)
Bench Press- 145x6,145x5,145x5
Arnold Press-35x10,35x8,35x8
Skullcrushers0 60x8,60x8,60x7
Incline Bench Press- 115x8,115x8,115x7
Side raises- 17.5x10,17.5x10,17.5x10

Not bad, but I'm getting really mad about my benching. I have a thread up in the exercise section if you have any suggestions (or post them here)

Today
Wide Grip Pulldowns-135x7,135x6,135x6
BB curls- 70x8,65x7,65x7
Deadlifts-215x5,215x4,215x3
Preacher Curls- 60x8,60x7,60x6
Shrugs- 165x6,165x6,165x5
Bent rows- 85x8,95x8,95x7

Good workout, the shorter rests really got me on the curls, but everything else was pretty good.
