hahaha I can't wait, I better start this cut  ress: Here's My Background:
I started working out October 16th 2006. I weighed 164 lbs
My body fat % was 20
My Bench Max was 110
My Squat Max was 90
My Deadlift max was 160
My Military Press Max was 60
My Bent over row max was 50
And I could only do 5 push ups without stopping My Current Stats:
It's now March 16th 2008. I weigh 155 lbs
My body fat % is now 13%
My Bench Max is 175
My Squat Max is 285
My Deadlift max is 300
My Military Press Max is 130
My Bent over row max is 175
and I can now do 81 push ups without stopping
My goals for the next 4 months
to get in the best shape I can and to improve my lifts |

guys I recommend weighted push ups after working out they give you an excellent finish.
